Experienced Teaching Assistant

A respected secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their SEN team from September.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 SEN support
Support small group interventions
Assist with lesson planning and adaptation
Monitor and report student progress
Support behaviour and engagement strategies

Requirements

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in secondary education
Strong SEN knowledge and awareness
Excellent communication skills
Patient and proactive approach
