The role involves working on both fire alarm and nurse call systems, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm and nurse call systemsAttend breakdowns and fault-find across multiple system typesWork on both wired and wireless nurse call systemsCarry out routine inspections and preventative maintenanceEnsure all work complies with industry standards and regulationsProvide excellent customer service across all client sitesComplete accurate documentation and reports Systems and Equipment Nurse call systems (including bedhead trunking systems)Fire alarm systems (including Advanced panels) Client Environments NHS and healthcare facilitiesPrivate care settingsPrisonsSchools Location Primary coverage: Maidstone/Chatham/SittingbourneTravel required to sites within approximately one hour radius Working Hours 7:30am 5:30pm (includes travel time)Site hours typically 8:30am 4:30pmEarly/late travel allowances (meal claims applicable) On-Call and Overtime Call-out rota: 1 in 6 weeksStandby allowance: £375 per rotaOvertime rates: 1.5x (weekdays and Saturdays)2x (Sundays) Salary and Benefits Salary: £35,000 £45,000 (DOE)Pension: 6% employer ..... full job details .....
