As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing the creativity and artistic potential of students across all age groups. Youandrsquo;ll have the opportunity to design engaging lessons, provide constructive feedback, and foster a love of the arts in a supportive and dynamic classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver inspiring art lessons in a variety of media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and digital art.
- Encourage students to develop their artistic skills and explore their creativity.
- Assess students'' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
- Organise art exhibitions or projects to showcase students'' work.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enrich the educational experience.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for art and teaching.
- Experience working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) or significant teaching experience, unqualified candidates are welcome to apply!
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a creative, dynamic classroom environment.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full artistic potential.
- Leadership experience is desirable but not essential
