This Care Home offers a home from home experience for residents. This is a Residential setting only, for Elderly residents with all care offered.

Position will be as followed:

• Deputy Manager
• NVQ 3 Minimum
• -Full Time 7am-7pm, 3-4 days a week to include alternate weekends
• -16.77ph -Plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly

Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of-providing leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
