Nanushka is looking for a talented Head of Digital! The Head of Digital is accountable for delivering the ecommerce business on .com, FarFetch, TMALL and other marketplaces, as well as designing a digital brand flagship representative of a New Luxury Premium brand. This person is a critical leader and digital evangelist within the brand''s commercial digital business, reporting to the CEO and leading teams of direct and indirect reports under a single cohesive vision. The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner, a critical thinker, and experienced coach and mentor for digital Associates.This is a full-time position based at Nanushka’s headquarters in Budapest or its London office, starting as soon as possible.Lead global e-commerce business with full PandL ownership, overseeing merchandising, promotional strategy, and contentCreate and execute global e-commerce strategies to grow revenue and enhance brand presencecom as a digital flagship, translating global brand and product stories into cohesive, consumer-facing experiencesManage e-commerce trading calendar including promotions, merchandising and site- refreshesPartner cross-functionally with teams like performance marketing, CRM, UX, and analytics to deliver strong business resultsCollaborate with cross-functional partners in Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative, IT, and future Cross-Functional Partners to optimize processes and drive sales onlineExcellent collaboration with the Marketing team to execute activities in line with the communication calendar, ensuring all actions align to brand standardsAnalyze and optimize performance metrics, using insights to improve KPIs and benchmark resultsMeet budget and growth goals set by senior managementCoach and develop all digital associates; provide guidance on development and successional plans and career growthKeep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends in partnership with future Cross-Functional PartnersExperience working in brand with strong experience in D2C and B2B fashion businesses- The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the balance between commercial and creativeStrong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects and budget on targetStrong interpersonal, leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead both direct reports and cross-functional teamsExperience in site merchandising, planning, performance marketing and analyticsHigh performance orientation through self-motivation and agilityFlexibility to adapt to changes in shifting prioritiesCandidate must be able to travel domestically and abroad, if neededA comprehensive benefits package including a competitive salary, clothing allowance and company devicesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other factors prohibited by law.#
