Automotive Marketing Executive – Training and Education

- Location: Stratford-upon-Avon area (Office-Based)
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Marketing Executive to join the Training and Education division of a specialist automotive company. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of digital campaigns and content for a growing technical training brand.

To manage and execute digital marketing activity for the company brands, with a focus on promoting training courses, webinars, and community engagement. You’ll lead social media, CRM campaigns, and website content, supporting student engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities as a Marketing Executive:

- Manage website content, course listings, and product updates
- Run digital marketing campaigns for new and existing courses
- Post regular content on Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Upload training content to course manager (videos, quizzes, PDFs)
- Tag leads and build workflows in ZOHO CRM
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and lead conversion
- Support live webinars and online community engagement
- Collaborate with sales, training, and videography teams

Requirements as a Training and Education Marketing Executive

- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Qualification in Marketing (CIM or similar desirable)
- Experience with WordPress, Canva, and email platforms
- CRM experience (ZOHO preferred)
- Confident managing B2B/B2C social media channels
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and reporting skills
