Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the CP and CIN Team for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide effective statutory social work services to Children in Need and those subject to Child Protection plans. Complete comprehensive assessments, care planning and review processes in line with statutory requirements. Identify when children are unable to live safely at home and progress permanence planning within appropriate timescales. Manage complex caseloads including Child Protection, Children in Need, Looked After Children and Care Leavers. Lead and coordinate multi-agency safeguarding activity to ensure children''s needs are met. Work in partnership with parents and carers to reduce risk and strengthen safeguarding outcomes. Support foster carers, special guardians and adopters to ensure children achieve stability, health and educational progress. Maintain accurate and timely case recordings and reports in accordance with legislation and local procedures.
