The Role - SEN Teacher

You will deliver a tailored curriculum designed to meet individual needs, combining academic teaching with behaviour support strategies and emotional development. Building trust and consistency will be central to your role.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
• Experience in SEN or SEMH advantageous

As an SEN Teacher, you will join an innovative and forward-thinking teaching team who strive to create a nurturing learning environment in which all children have an equitable opportunity to access education. With a focus on Trauma-Informed practice, you will work to EHCPs to remove barriers to learning and deliver effective interventions when children become dysregulated.
