Are you an experienced ER professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently hit the ground running? We re looking for a commercially focused, confident, highly experienced ER Manager who can independently manage complex and high-risk employee relations cases, including managing tribunal claims, disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, contractual matters, restructure, conflict resolution, capability, settlement agreements, policy interpretation and other ER matters presenting risk to the companyYou ll bring strong UK employment law knowledge, a calm and pragmatic approach, and the ability to balance risk with commercial decision-making in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role within a supportive and collaborative HR team, where you ll act as the go to ER Manager, working closely with other HR colleagues to deliver clear, practical and legally compliant outcomes.
