School Caretaker Build Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker for our Client based in the Sheffield area. The successful post-holder will be responsible for the day to day maintenance, operational running and security / supervision of the site and related equipmentPlease Note: You will be working through the holiday period and out of term.Key Responsibilities: Carry out building fabric repairs, adjustments maintenance, installations and removalsUndertake and record weekly checks and record works carried outEnsure all maintenance work is completed on time and to Health and Safety standardsEnsuring the Site Security, unlocking and locking all the doors entries and exits - ensuring the site is secure but accessible at all timesLiaising with and monitoring the work of contractors including cleaner contactorsMaintain a professional relationship with colleagues, customers and clientsReporting any incident that may adversely affect service delivery and customer satisfaction Key Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in similar facility management and/or caretaking roleMust work well as part of a teamAble to attend regular appraisals and agree personal development programme in accordance with the job requirementsAble to plan and prioritise workloads to achieve objectivesAble to work on own initiative or as part of a teamFlexibility to assess and tackle a wide range of disciplines within skill setsYou will be required to have an Enhanced DBS on the update ..... full job details .....
