Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: -85 - -110 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Are you a Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology graduate looking to gain experience in mental health and special education?
A specialist SEMH school in Abingdon is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You''ll work alongside therapists, counsellors, and psychologists, gaining invaluable experience for careers in Educational Psychology, Therapy, or SEN Teaching.
The Role:
- Support children 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist with learning and behaviour plans
- Work with professionals to provide holistic support
Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or similar or someone with experience working with SEN (voluntary included!)
Passionate about mental health and SEN
Resilient, proactive, and adaptable
