Mechanical Project Manager Mechanical Project Manager required for an established Mechanical Services Contractor based in Kent operating predominantly within London and the South East providing mainly large scale domestic solutions within the new build and refurbishment of High Rise Housing Association settings. Mechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities Regular site visits monitoring work progress and ensuring the quality of work is to the acceptable standard Compiling, maintaining and issuing of programmes Taking-off /scheduling materials and assisting with procurement Analysis of labour requirements and placement and control of labour and managing associated costs in relation to budgets Scheduling sub-contractors rates, in conjunction with the above Assisting with reviewing, authorising and scheduling sub-contractor monthly payments, ensuring that invoiced is reflective of work completed Assisting with the preparation of monthly applications to Clients for payment and costing of variations throughout the life of each project Ensuring Risk Assessment and Method Statements are prepared and monitored Ensuring company policies with regard to HandS, environment etc. are adhered to at all times Assisting in preparing technical submissions Collating certification/literature and preparation of OandM manuals Assisting with post-completion issues such as defects and liaising with the After-Sales Department in order to resolve Providing general advice and support to site, ..... full job details .....
