We are recruiting for a SC Cleared IT Engineer to be based in Bristol on contract to work for a leading Aviation organisation. Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tech 3 Engineer to join our team at the site in Bristol. This is a full-time, onsite position working within a small, collaborative team to provide day-to-day (BAU) support for incidents and service requests. Mandatory requirement is Verified SC Clearance Transferred Key Responsibilities: Provide remote support for end-user incidents and service requests. Perform remote software installations and troubleshooting. Participate in an onsite at walk-up Tech Bar support service three days per week, assisting users with technical issues in person. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions. Requirements: Proven experience in a Corporate IT support environment or a similar technical support Role. Strong knowledge of windows 10/windows11 operating systems, Microsoft Office Applications User support and Fault fix - Using remote support tools and following scripted software installation processes.
