This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping adults overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their career ambitions.You will teach engaging employability programmes that develop the knowledge, behaviours and practical skills employers value. Working with learners from a wide range of backgrounds, you will create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every learner can succeed and progress.The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner with experience of delivering employability or vocational training to adults.
