Duties Dealing with business inbound calls and divert to other teams Support the Manager to implement the sales growth strategy Speaking lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services To grow and develop new customer base in areas of low penetration To ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained To develop and maintain existing customer base To support the development of the sales through targeting prospective and existing /lapsed customers within chosen markets to create relationships and secure new business. Manage the sales pipeline of leads from the company data, self-generated, marketing and other sources across the business including inbound calls.
