Paraplanning Manager / Paraplanner Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week) Salary: Dependent on experience About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanning Manager / Paraplanner to join a successful and growing independent wealth management and financial planning business. This is a hybrid position combining hands-on technical paraplanning with responsibility for managing a small paraplanning team. You will play an important role in supporting Financial Planners and the wider business, while also contributing to operational improvements, quality assurance and business strategy. Based in Chipping Norton, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Diploma-qualified Paraplanner who is looking to take on greater management responsibility while remaining involved in technical paraplanning. Key ResponsibilitiesParaplanning Analyse client circumstances, objectives, requirements and risk profiles. Research and analyse clients'' existing financial arrangements. Analyse clients'' Capital Gains Tax (CGT) positions and other relevant tax considerations. Research financial products, investments and appropriate solutions. Prepare and write recommendation letters, suitability reports and other client documentation. Assist with client reviews, including attending client meetings where required.
