Project Manager - Building Services / Retail Fit-Out (HVAC) Location: Ideally based near High WycombeSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 + £6K car allowance or company car + bonus + pension Overview A leading technical engineering contractor delivering nationwide retail installation and fit-out projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple contracts from conception to completion. This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of project delivery within the commercial or retail sectors. Role Purpose To plan, manage and deliver installation and fit-out projects safely, efficiently and profitably ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and compliance throughout all stages. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget.Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in line with client expectations.Manage pricing, quotations, and tender submissions.Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.Carry out site inspections, risk assessments, and enforce health and safety compliance.Monitor project progress, costs, and documentation to maintain profitability.Ensure high quality and workmanship standards are met across all projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
