Production Operatives

to support our growing manufacturing operation.Key Duties and Responsibilities:You will need to be capable of lifting to 25kg and able to read, write and understand English as they will be weighing/measuring ingredient from a recipe card, and assisting with batching out finished productOperate and clean production machinery and hand toolsMonitor the production/assembly line to ensure smooth runningCarry out basic quality checks and report any issuesStore goods and raw materials safely - forklift duties may be involved (if licensed)Report any machinery faults or production problems to SupervisorsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentFollow all health and safety and company production proceduresWhat We''re Looking For:A strong work ethic and commitment to punctualityFlexibility to work beyond 14:00 when requiredAbility to work well in a team and follow instructionsPrevious experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantageIf you''re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a vital production process, we''d love to hear from you!Apply Now
