Our commitment to quality and creativity sets us apart, and we are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in producing outstanding dishes for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Menu Development: Design and create innovative menus tailored to diverse events, ensuring high culinary standards and seasonal ingredient use.Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of food production for events, including planning, preparation, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation, conducting regular quality checks on all food offerings.Cost Management: Monitor food costs and inventory, implementing strategies to minimize waste while maximizing quality and flavour.Collaboration: Work closely with event planners and front-of-house staff to coordinate food service and ensure a seamless guest experience.Event Execution: Oversee the catering function for events, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy periods.Experience required:- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the events catering sector.- Exceptional culinary skills, with a strong emphasis on high-quality production.- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple events simultaneously.- A passion for food and creativity, with a keen eye for detail in presentation and taste.
