Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Key Accountabilities: Carry out planned and scheduled maintenance. Quick respond to break downs, fault finding both electrical and mechanical. Perform regular inspections including lubricating, adjusting, and replacing components. Performs safety checks to protect both equipment operators and the plant. Identify and fix issues such as faulty wiring, broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment. Replacements of consumable items, such as filters, belts, or lubricants, Testing and calibration of instruments to maintain accuracy and liability. Keep up to date maintenance record including booking parts. Managing cleaning crew prior or during maintenance. Health and Safety Responsible for safe working environment ensuring meet HandS standards. Assists in the implementation of HandS policies and procedures. - Compliance and Continuous Improvement Abide by and support the company s environmental and quality management procedures. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that develop team performance. Skills and Qualifications A must is a formal electrical and mechanical engineering qualification i.e., apprenticeship, Degree, HND, HNC, City and Guilds Level 3, 17th or 18th Edition or NVQ Level 3. Must have workplace experience in a Mechanical, Electrical or Dual Skilled role. Previous experience in corrugated manufacturing and/or Die Cut, Multipoint gluing or Flexographic printing will be advantageous.
