Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide practical legal and governance support, helping to ensure robust compliance, effective contract management and strong corporate governance.Key responsibilities include:Supporting legal advice, drafting and contract negotiations.Reviewing and managing commercial agreements and copyright licences.Maintaining contract records through a contract management system.Assisting with governance documentation and legal research.Supporting litigation-related matters and document management.Monitoring legal developments and helping prepare policies and governance papers.Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.The Ideal Candidate:Law degree or equivalent qualification.Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Able to work independently, use initiative and manage sensitive information confidentially.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.Knowledge of ..... full job details .....
