Kinetic Industrial are assisting a global textile company within Trafford Park in recruiting a Supervisor for their small, yet, successful team. You will be supervising 4 / 5 staff per shift - mentoring them and getting stuck in as and when required! The position is a Temporary to Permanent position.Hourly rates are: 13.03 - rising to 13.84Hours Rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per weekBelow is a brief description of the ideal supervisor and what we are looking for: Able to effectively manage and support a small team in a fast-paced production setting. Proven experience in leading and motivating a team Strong organisational and communication skills Able to coordinate daily tasks Monitor quality of the products.
