I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in London to work on new build cladding & facade projects within residential & commercial projects in London and the home counties.

Key duties will be - managing trade packages together, overseeing all payments to subcontractors, managing tender returns, producing weekly cost forecasting & produce CVR''s. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site.
