Assistant Resident Services Manager - North East London We are working with an established residential property organisation to recruit an Assistant Resident Services Manager for a Build to Rent development in North East London. This is an opportunity to combine property operations with resident service and team management. Working closely with the Senior RSM, the Assistant Resident Services Manager will help oversee the day-to-day running of the development and manage the Resident Services Associate team. The working pattern includes one Saturday in every three. The successful candidate will join a wider team spanning resident services, lettings, facilities management and other operational functions, with collaboration central to the delivery of the site''s service. The role/responsibilities Reporting to the Senior RSM, the Assistant Resident Services Manager will support the safe and effective operation of the development while helping the team deliver a positive resident experience. Key responsibilities will include: Managing, training and mentoring the Resident Services Associate team, including responsibility for the team rota.
