Mechanical Project Manager – Location: London – Salary: Up to £85,000 + BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead high-value projects in London. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of large-scale developments and deliver outstanding results within the commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sectors.Responsibilities

Oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to completionProcurement of site materials and plant hirePrepare and deliver project reports and validation reportsCoordinate with all trades on site to ensure smooth progressLiaise with the main contractor''s management team in a professional, helpful, and pro-active mannerLead site management activities, ensuring compliance with all company and industry standardsManage cost and variation reporting to the CM/QSAttend site co-ordination and progress meetings with clientsCarry out benchmarking to maintain quality standardsTake full responsibility for Health and Safety management on siteMaintain induction records, PPE registers, and training matrix recordsPrepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and COSHH assessmentsDeliver Tool Box Talks and daily site inspectionsRequirements

Proven experience in commercial, industrial, or high-end residential projectsStrong track record managing projects valued at £20M+Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to drive projects forward with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiencyWhat’s on Offer
