This is a strategic HRBP position, working closely with senior operational leaders across a significant multi-site business. The successful candidate will provide insight, challenge and commercially focus HR solutions that support both people and business performance. The Role As HR Business Partner, you will: Partner with senior operational leaders to deliver the people strategy across Contract Logistics. Provide strategic HR advice, coaching and constructive challenge to managers and leadership teams. Take ownership of key people projects, including organisational change, restructures and new business mobilisation. Support talent management, succession planning and the development of internal and external talent pipelines. Build strong relationships with Trade Unions and local colleague representative groups.
