Industry: Facilities Management Salary: 40k+ As an Account Manager, you will be working closely and supporting the Key Account Managers while overseeing business operations. Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships. Address and resolve client issues, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Monitor account performance and suggest improvements to optimise service delivery. Ensure the accurate and timely renewal of contracts, including negotiations and service level agreement (SLA) reviews. Monitor and ensure high standards of service delivery in line with the account contract Conduct regular audits and assessments of service quality and ensure continuous improvement. Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and service delivery teams, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery. Coordinate with facility management staff to ensure that client requirements are met in a timely manner. Prepare regular reports on client performance, service levels, and account health. Analyse client feedback and service performance data to identify areas for improvement. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing service offerings and client engagement.
