Estimator - Air Conditioning and Electrical Systems Job Title: Estimator - Building Services Job reference Number: -26279 Location: Banbury, covering surrounding areas (80/20 split between site visits and office) Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 Benefits: Fuel expenses, 22 days annual leave, Health schemes and Company benefits package The role of the Estimator - Building Services will involve: Estimator position dealing with a range of mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning systems/services for commercial, residential and industrial sectors Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines Working on projects where each product/system is unique and therefore requires a bespoke approach Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers Managing projects up-to a value of £150k+ The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Building Services with: Must have experience as an Estimator working within the MandE or HVAC sectors Reliable and approachable to build positive working relationships Confident and professional communicator, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team Ability to interpret project ..... full job details .....
