Day-to-day of the role: Provide tailored support to pupils with social communication differences, under the guidance of the SEN coordinator and classroom teachers.Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.Facilitate social skills development through structured activities and naturalistic settings.Use a variety of communication aids and strategies to enhance pupil interaction and learning.Monitor and support the pupil''s emotional and behavioural needs, providing immediate assistance and feedback.Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote the well-being and progress of students.Maintain accurate records of students'' progress and any incidents that occur, reporting to the relevant parties as necessary.
