Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of vehicle technology and telematics solutions. Working independently across customer sites, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Installing and servicing vehicle CCTV systems. Working with vehicle tracking and telematics equipment. Fault-finding on electrical and electronic systems. Installing sensors, cameras, and associated vehicle safety technology. Modifying existing installations to customer specifications. Attending customer sites to diagnose and rectify equipment failures. Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and procedures. Complete all service documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time. Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a professional representative of the business. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Effectively manage workload, demonstrating excellent timekeeping, punctuality, and organisational skills.
