CSA Project Manager Architecture specialism Data Centre Permanent Position Northumberland

A leading data centre delivery organisation is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a flagship -10bn build programme with an 8-year duration. This is a rare opportunity to take a pivotal role on a long-term, high-profile data centre project near Blyth (NE24), leading the delivery of high-spec architectural/CSA fit-out packages.

Reporting into the CSA leadership team, you''ll lead a team of Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers to deliver Architectural / CSA fit-out works, including (but not limited to):

• Internal architectural finishes, partitions, doors, ceilings
• Raised floors, clean rooms and specialist fit-out elements
• Programme management, sequencing and milestone control
• Cost control, reporting, valuations and commercial reviews
• Subcontractor/vendor management and package coordination
• Client-facing progress meetings and stakeholder management
• Quality assurance through to handover/close-out (O&M, warranties, final documentation)
• Interface management with MEP and commissioning teams

• Proven data centre experience (this is mandatory)
• Minimum 10+ years in a main contracting environment delivering large-scale projects
• Strong background delivering CSA / architectural fit-out on high-spec builds
• Solid grasp of programme logic, sequencing, and cost control in fast-track environments
• Strong communication and leadership capability (multi-discipline teams and stakeholders)
• Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management / Engineering / related discipline (preferred)
