Diagnose faults, complete testing, and ensure all work complies with safety standards. Deliver friendly, professional service to every customer - representing us with pride. Record job notes. Communicate with the office and team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.Skills and Experience Required NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent). Gas Safe Registration. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
