  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement effective differentiation strategies, behavioural management techniques, and inclusive practices.
  • Adapt teaching resources to accommodate the individual learning needs and styles of students.
  • Track and report on student progress, working closely with teachers and SENCOs.
  • Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all students.

  • Demonstrated experience working with children and young people with SEN/SEMH.
  • A sound understanding of behavioural strategies, learning difficulties, and inclusive teaching methods.
  • Confidence in managing diverse classrooms across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary levels.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us).
  • The legal right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  • Experience within SEND schools, PRUs, or alternative education settings.
