Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

ob Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of repairs and tasks related to the plumbing trade.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within a timely manner.
• Operate in both occupied and vacant properties.
• Utilize a PDA for work processes, with training provided.

Person Specification

• Must have own transport; mileage will be reimbursed at standard rates starting from the council office.
• Initial contract duration of six months.
• Interviews will be conducted at the council offices.
• Clothing and PPE will be supplied.
