Niyaa People are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Watford who are looking for a Compliance Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In return you will receive, hybrid working, 36 days annual leave including bank holidays and career progression.
Responsibilities of the Compliance Contracts Manager role:
- Manage compliance contracts from procurement to performance monitoring
- Act as a compliance expert on Fire, Gas, Asbestos and Electrical
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
Key skills needed for a Compliance Contracts Manager:
- Experience managing compliance contracts
- Knowledge of big 6 of compliance such as Fire, Gas, Electrical and asbestos
- Driving licence and DBS check required
