Due to ongoing growth and volume of work, they are currently recruiting for a Fulfilment Operative to join them on a full time, permanent basis.The Fulfilment Operative will be responsible for ensuring all goods are correctly picked and labelled and dispatched on time daily whilst ensuring quality standards are met.Responsibilities will include:Manual handling for the stacking of labelled products ready for dispatchThe picking and packing of bespoke customer orders to a set standard and efficiencyQuality checking of products to ensure the high standards required are always achievedLabelling of finished goods ready for shipment, manually and through semi-automated linesUsing IT software to correctly print labels, pick and pack boxes and process returnsKeeping the Health and Safety of yourself and others at the forefront of everything you doYou will have:No previous packaging or production experience is required, just a positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learnGreat attention to detail and accuracy in your workEnjoy working as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of targets and deadlineBe able to work in a warehouse environment, in a quick and efficient way with minimal supervision.
