Serve as the technical expert on global mobility, collaborating with tax advisors and overseas payroll teams to ensure compliance. Oversee the renewal process for insured benefit schemes, negotiating rates, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Manage voluntary benefits, including communications and provider relationships, to maximise employee engagement.
