They''ve got a solid pipeline of work and are now looking to bring in a Pre-Con Estimator / Project Manager - someone who can operate across both pre-construction and delivery, and add real value from pricing stage through to project completion.The Role Producing estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions for commercial fit-out schemesSupporting bid strategy with accurate, commercially sound proposalsManaging projects through to delivery, including financial controlWorking closely with clients, design teams, and internal delivery teamsOverseeing multiple projects at varying stages and valuesEnsuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec This isn''t a pure estimator or a pure PM role we are looking for someone comfortable doing both.Background in commercial fit-out / construction estimatingGood understanding of pre-construction processes and pricing methodologyAbility to manage projects commercially from inception to completionStrong client-facing skills able to communicate at all levelsOrganised, able to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience working with JCT and/or NEC contractsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong reporting skills (both written and verbal)Proficient across Microsoft packages The Opportunity Join a ..... full job details .....
