My client a multi-national Aerospace andamp; Defence organisation are looking for a Software Integration Engineer to be based out of their Christchurch site in Dorset.

🧑‍💻 What you''ll be doing:

-Building and configuring Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
-Integration and configuration of COTS and bespoke software.
-Adherence to software engineering practices
-Fault finding and resolution of issues in a production environment to a successful conclusion
-Producing clear and concise technical documentation
-Collaboration with other members of the team: sharing knowledge and peer reviewing others work
-Reporting on progress and providing feedback to team members and leadership
-Occasional travel to customer sites to support deployment, investigations and testing

🧑‍💻 Skills andamp; Experience:

-You''ll be able to use PowerShell and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit to install and configure COTS and bespoke software on Windows 10 and Server 2019
-You''ll have knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MDT alternate deployment approaches for deploying Windows 11 and Server 2022 (desirable)
-You''ll have knowledge and experience of Group Policy and Active Directory
-You''ll be able to produce clear technical documentation
