The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of your desk, build strong client relationships and drive business growth through new and existing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from vacancy brief through to placement

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Grow and manage your own recruitment desk and pipeline

• Source, screen and place high-quality candidates

• Manage client accounts and identify opportunities for further growth

• Negotiate offers and secure successful placements

• Conduct client meetings and site visits where required

• Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues

• Work towards and exceed recruitment and sales targets

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience within recruitment, ideally in a 360 role

• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships

• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

• Experience recruiting across temporary, permanent or contract vacancies

• Confident, proactive and commercially driven approach

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work towards targets

• Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence
