Working closely with the Finance Director, you will combine strong technical accounting with business partnering, analysis and process improvement.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved across finance and wants to make a visible impact within the wider business.Key responsibilities Manage the month-end process and prepare accurate, timely management accounts Take ownership of accruals, prepayments, cashbook reconciliations and journal processing Provide financial support to the Sales team across forecasting, planning, promotional effectiveness, customer provisions and profitability analysis Oversee the effective operation of the purchase ledger, including supplier maintenance and payments Improve reporting to provide greater visibility of expenditure and cash flow Maintain the fixed asset register Support the Finance Director with annual audit preparation Produce and submit statutory and regulatory returns, including VAT and packaging waste Support UK GAAP compliance and Group IFRS reporting requirements Identify ..... full job details .....
