Accounts Assistant Purchase Ledger (Part-Time) Location: West Drayton Hours: Part-Time Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9.30 am to 1.30 pm Reports To: Finance Director Job Type: Part Time We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant Purchase Ledger (Part-Time) to join our Finance Department in West Drayton. This role will support a range of finance and administrative functions, with training provided across multiple areas. About the Role of Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger As an Accounts Assistant Purchase Ledger, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the finance function. This includes managing purchase ledger activities, petty cash, and supporting general administration across the business. Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger Process purchase invoices accurately on a daily basis Reconcile supplier statements and manage supplier accounts Handle purchase ledger debit notes Process and reconcile employee expenses, responding to queries as required Reconcile company credit card expenditure against invoices Record cheque payments within the accounting system Liaise with managers to ensure timely invoice approvals for BACS payment runs Manage and reconcile company petty cash Monitor and maintain the stationery register and sundry purchases Provide general administrative support to the finance team Maintain accurate filing systems and support ad hoc finance tasks Contribute to ..... full job details .....
