This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, coach, and develop telephone-based customer service and sales teams.You will be responsible for managing daily work allocation, team administration, and performance reporting. Using your experience, you will provide hands-on leadership, ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.
