With significant secured work and a strong pipeline of further opportunities, they are now seeking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Commercial Manager (or Senior Quantity Surveyor), reporting directly to the Commercial Director. We are particularly interested in commercially strong construction professionals capable of taking autonomous responsibility for multiple projects or workstreams while remaining actively involved in their commercial delivery. Current and prospective work spans a broad range of project types and values, from multiple smaller customer projects and refurbishments through to substantial new-build and redevelopment schemes.
