We''re currently working with a fast-growing business in the commercial/office furniture installations sector, who are looking to hire a Junior Project Manager as part of their ongoing growth plan.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial furniture or office installation experience who is ready to progress into a more client-facing, delivery-focused project role within a supportive and expanding organisation.The RoleReporting initially into a Senior Project Manager, the Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of multiple office furniture installation projects across London and the UK.You''ll manage a portfolio of 3-6 clients, typically overseeing up to three projects running in parallel, and will attend site visits approximately 3-4 times per month. This role offers clear progression as project responsibility increases over time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the end-to-end planning and delivery of office furniture installation projectsCoordinating multiple live projects simultaneouslyManaging day-to-day client communication and expectationsLiaising with suppliers, installers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholdersPreparing project schedules, delivery notes, installation plans, and reportsAttending site visits to monitor progress and resolve issuesEnsuring full compliance with health and safety requirementsManaging project documentation including quotes, purchase orders, and close-out packsAssisting with project budgets, cost control, and ..... full job details .....
