Care Team Leader at Aston House, Herefordshire. This is a hands-on leadership role in a small, family-run mental health care home. Salary:

£14.00–£14.50 per hour . Shifts:

Morning: 8:00am–3:00pmAfternoon: 2:30pm–9:30pmPossible Sleep Shift (dependent on staff levels)Responsibilities

Lead by example in a hands-on role, supporting staff and residents.Coordinate shifts and ensure high-quality, recovery-focused care in a supportive environment.Requirements

Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within a mental health care setting is essential.Strong spoken and written English.Organised, reliable, and confident in supporting staff and residents.Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.A caring, patient and professional attitude.A solid understanding of mental health conditions and recovery-focused care approaches.Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.Training and Development
