We\''re currently working alongside a leading PE-backed organisation in their search for an Interim Head of Digital Marketing. The role will run for an initial 6-9 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 2 days per week in the office.Our client is looking for this person to lead the development of the digital commercial strategy that builds the overall brand and customer consideration, showcasing our client\''s unique proposition and resort experiences. They are looking for this person to champion digital transformation throughout the organisation and across the end-to-end journey, for both online and offline touch points, to help build a more integrated brand and customer experience.Responsibilities

Experience working in a small or scaling digital / e-commerce teamDeep experience in digital strategy – e-commerce, apps, webPreviously worked in the Hospitality / Leisure industryHands-on experience managing teamsB2C and B2B experience in hospitality, leisure, or travel sectorsSeniority level
