Encourage participation in social, recreational and community activities. Promote positive behaviour using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches. Safeguard and protect children at all times, following company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate daily records, reports and documentation. Support with household tasks to create a clean, safe and welcoming home environment. Administer medication where trained and authorised.
