As a Sales Manager, you''ll lead the commercial function, develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive sales across a specialist range of washer disinfectors and autoclaves used within laboratory and scientific environments. This expanding organisation has ambitious growth plans and is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can develop the sales strategy while supporting customers with technical solutions.

Your Role as a Sales Manager Will Include:

• Managing and developing new and existing customer accounts
• Selling specialist washer disinfectors and autoclaves into laboratory, medical and scientific environments
• Building long-term relationships with customers and key decision makers
• Preparing quotations, proposals and negotiating contracts
• Working closely with the service and technical teams to ensure excellent customer support

The Successful Sales Manager Will Need:

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of washer disinfectors, autoclaves or similar medical, laboratory or scientific equipment is preffered
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex engineering products
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Commutable to Wokingham with flexibility to travel across the UK
