• Providing 1:1 as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional educational needs

• Modifying learning activities and resources to cater to diverse learning styles

• Working alongside teachers to implement bespoke support strategies

• Helping students build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience

• Fostering a nurturing environment that promotes inclusion and positivity

• Someone with prior experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a school setting

• Confident in using creative and flexible approaches to learning

• Calm, caring, and committed to making a lasting difference

• Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team
